Peanut/fruit butter

While making a batch of peanut butter this morning got to wondering 'what would happen if I added some dried cranberries to the peanuts…."

Wow!   Memories of the 'peanut butter and jam sandwich' which was a childhood favourite.  Updated version.

One cup of roasted, unsalted peanuts, a handful of dried cranberries,  a dribble of olive oil and a whirl in the little food processor.  

Next I want to try blueberries ….  dried apricots ….  cocoa mass (which has all the goodness of chocolate without the sugar) …. pomegranate  ….  ?
