I've hand felted around rocks and balloons but I never thought to felt around a pen!
When I picked this up (yes, garage sale) it never occurred to me that it was a pen. I thought it was a puppet.
Delightful surprise! And the pen works.
Now I am wondering just what else it would be fun to felt around.
A place setting of cutlery? A plate to go with it?
Water bottle?
Egg? Hardboiled! Would be quite the thing to felt an egg cup as well and present that on a special breakfast tray.
I wonder if anyone has actually felted a pair of socks or slippers onto feet. Wonder how long it would take them to dry before they could be removed from the feet.
