Free raffle : tie bag

IMG_0814A continuing enchantment with this bag design has resulted in extras – so – this one is being offered to whoever would like it.  Leave a comment and next Wednesday evening I'll put the numbers of the comments into this very bag and have one drawn;  then announce this on Thursday morning and either deliver, if local, or mail, if not.

In the ongoing adventure of fibre archeology these ties were unearthed at thrift store digs at separate times but they called out to each other when I was going through the stash of artefacts.

One is "made in the UK  from pure new British wool from the Jacobs sheep"  Dolly and Tess. I'm teasing about knowing the names of the sheep.

The other is "pure new wool …  Made in Scotland"

It fits a water bottle well,  hangs nicely from a wrist,  can be hooked on a belt,  or a handlebar,  will accommodate purse items,  a small grocery order,  sketch book and pencils.

  8. Wow – I hadn’t seen your comment, but went and picked up the mail today and there was this most adorable tie-bag! I love how the points of the ties make little pockets. Thank you so much – what a wonderful surprise. This will definitely be put to good use….
