We are becoming more and more aware of how important to our well being is natural light.
Starlight is natural light. Moonlight is natural light.
Are there any scientific studies looking into their benefits, I wonder; studies that would encourage us to go outdoors and take a moon break or a star break and soak up some of that goodness.
Do we need to wait on those studies…….

I love going outside and viewing the sky and I’m always taking photos of it. Studies usually tell us what we already know, and just cost a lot of money.
my favourite way to spend a summer evening… is to lie outside on the kids trampoline, and gaze at those stars…
