Recent thoughts – and memories! – of origami….led to (lovely serendipity!) coming upon a book in the library : Origami Holiday Decorations by Florence Temko (who is one of my favourite origamists (?) folders (?) persons who do origami and share it (!)) This Santa was one of the offerings……….
I made a few models with red paper to put on Christmas cards, then, while searching for more red in my stack of origami paper was ‘struck’ by the green paper. Thought – why not, as the association with environmental concerns hit me as well. Maybe Santa putting on a green suit this year is appropriate.
