Sure hope you are finding some relief from all the heat you are getting. Cute egg cozy, and a great way to use up odds ‘n ends of yarn.

The ocean breeze helps a lot – but, yes, we are HOT. I am finding summer clothes exist if I take a layer or two off the ‘winter’ wardrobe which was a fun discovery. Have a splendid long weekend!
I’m kinda envious of the heat you say you’re having as England is suffering the first effects of climate change and is now on it’s fourth summer of wet, wet weather. Terrific rain, storms, and for the last couple years some severe flooding, although this year we seem to have not had it quite so bad. Needlesss to say the rain is turning my garden into a jungle!
The up-side is that I can still happily knit without sweaty-hand syndrome, so that is definitely a plus!

A jungle garden ….. now that’s an image to wander around; the aspect of it being weather fostered and not neglect gives it a different flavour. I wonder if knitters suit the yarn to suit the weather; sounds like the weather has let you avoid one hot issue, s-hs.
