Chamomile with 1/4 tsp Dutch cocoa added to the leaves as they steeped and then put in a glass 'cup' (only one I had, this wineglass) with the idea that I would be able to see the other addition……
….. dried cherries which reconstituted nicely and gave flavour, not to mention the olive'in'martini aspect of a beverage edible. Alas the tea was too cloudy to view them.
An interesting flavour - both hot and in its cooling stages. Ice cubes and honey and a thermos and a picnic on a hot sunny day would be worthwhile ingredients for this tea.
