Just heard a doctor on the radio say that his experience last cold season, and watching others, was that the practice of sneezing or coughing into the crook of the arm then resulted in crossing arms and hand resting exactly where he had just coughed. Use a tissue and then dispose of it, he advises. The wonderful power of observation! But, darn, that elbow was handy.
