A year or so ago the phrase "physical, mental, spiritual" suddenly had "temporal" coming to mind. This persisited enough to get my attention and interest. Body, mind, spirit, time.
For a long time I have felt that there is something about time that will will cause an "oh, of course" response and provide a worthwhile tool once that "something" is discovered.
The linking of time to the body/mind/spirit connection has added a dimension to my wondering. So much to consider: the way we measure time; the way it can seem to slip sideways and expand our reality; our observation that we "don't know where the time went"; our (persisting) experience that those occasional side slips into an expanded reality are – well, replicable. It is all about energy: matching vibrations.
And since I am thinking this, others have too. And since I am expressing this, others have too.
