Brussels sprouts: the challenge! the solution!!!!!!

IMG_6808Brussels sprouts have always been something I felt I should like and would like if only I could come across them in a way  that wasn't mushy and tasteless.  I never got from "would" to "could"  in spite of the  "should"s  motivating me to try different recipes.  Until today.

How did they taste?  Well, after all that fiddling you don't think I'd say they were anything but  delicious, do you.

  1. Have you tried roasted Brussels sprouts? I do them in a pan with other veggies coated with some olive oil, roasted in the oven for about 35 minutes at 350. I cut the sprouts in half, and cut the other veggies up. Very tasty, and not mushy or soft.
