An ongoing adventure, this playing with chains.
It's always fascinating. Then something really interesting happens like throwing the chain and having it form an image of a hummingbird and there is a hummingbird outside the window and you think, wow, I would really like to capture this image for a moment, at least.
The glue idea in the linked post does work – but I wanted something quicker.
Roll of clear mactac came to mind.
I cut a piece and stuck it over the design on the table, lifted it carefully, turned it over, stuck another piece on the back.
It is 'captured' by the plastic. It will be soonest released.
