These nifty placemats presented at a garage sale on the weekend and I wondered how a 'stone' counter would look.
I imagine patterned 'fabric' like this exists with which to 'garment' surfaces. For the moment I am pleased with the placemat treatment .
I imagine also the technology exists whereby a counter could be the screen on which stones or textures or colours or – movies …. could be displayed. Rock on, tech!
