A year ago last October this poster appeared around the Village.
Many attempts to find out who had put it up – and why!!!!! – were not successful. There is a story here. Perhaps one day I will hear about it.
I am intrigued by the whole thing: the skillful production; veiled intent (pro or con?); whimsy (my gosh, you're right); the fact that three take-aways have been … taken away.
I knew I had taken photos at the time but only yesterday came across them.
