  • A tool for wellbeing : the Sound of the breath

    Awwhile ago I realized that, just as I was falling asleep, I became aware of the sound of my breath. So I paid attention  across several weeks and noticed it seemed to just happen with no conscious effort on my part.  And that with a slight shift in attention I could have it happen. Sort of an immediate on/off; both sides of the coin without having to turn the coin over.  Interesting.  I am playing with the experience at other times.
