This is the fountain outside the Winchester Galleries in Oak Bay Village. This is what it looked like at 8:30 this morning with a minus 4, windchill minus 11 temperature. The sound of water falling was wonderful. And the chatter of the crows when they showed up for a drink; and a slide on the coating of ice.
