Google to find out about the many features of the 2023 Parade that comes down Douglas St. in Victoria starting at 9:30 a.m. And information about who will be in the parade and where to stand and at what time to get the best view. It's covered live on television and other devices. I will not be there in person this year but I am looking forward to watching it!
